AL JANAEN PROJECT
In Fallujah, Anbar Province, Janaen City has 403 villas in five styles with 40% green space and the highest quality construction.
AL RAWAN PROJECT
The project offers modern, high-quality services. which is designated as a green area, consisting of eight towers, with 544 apartments per 17-story tower.
SLEMANI HEIGHTS PROJECT
Consisting of 1,679 villas and 1,182 apartments and condos, it is divided into 5 zones, totaling 1,587,500 square metres. Slemani Heights residential units are earthquake-resistant, have sound and heat insulation, a central heating system and air conditioner, and feature wooden floors.
QAIWAN CITY PROJECT
It Comprises 1,416 housing units, specifically 988 apartments and 505 houses, on an area of 297,500 sq m. The earthquake-proof houses boast sound and heat insulation, a central heating system, and air-conditioned parquet floors.
QAIWAN TOWER PROJECT
Covering an area of 5000 sq m, it consists of two parts: The 1,000-meter tower and the three-story, 4,000-square-meter Qaiwan Plus Mall. Qaiwan Tower was built to be earthquake-resistant, and risk mitigation is centered on an understanding of the services it provides to its guests that exceed international standards.
CITY TOWERS PROJECT
City Towers, which were constructed in 2019, consist of 4 towers, 30% of which are green areas, for a total of 468 units. The roofing, electricity, gas, water, fire alarm, and security systems are of high quality, and the structures are earthquake-resistant.
QAIWAN HEIGHTS PROJECT
The 845,000 square meter Qaiwan Heights, consisting of 83 buildings and three zones with a total of 7,000 apartment units, provides for long-term payments over 8 -10 years. There are eight apartments, ranging in size between 107, 109, and 200 square meters, on each floor. The houses are equipped with a fire alarm system and are earthquake-resistant.
QAIWAN MIRADOR PROJECT
It is a residential and commercial project located in Erbil City, on Masif Road. It is constructed on an area of 145,000 square meters. It contains nine towers and several apartments and villas. The areas of the apartments are different, ranging from 63,92, 95, 96,137,145,153, and 185 SQM.
QAIWAN TOURISM VILLAGE PROJECT
The Villas area starts from 400 m to 1,500 square meters. Given the full importance of greenery, 75% of the project consists of greenery. The project will be both a residential project and a tourism project at the same time.
BRITISH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PROJECT
The International British Educational Society in Slemani, known as (The British School of Sulaymaniyah) was established in 2011-2012, located in Slemani Heights.
QAIWAN INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY PROJECT
Qaiwan International University was established in 2018.The building volumes are clad in a serrated (saw-tooth) perimeter brick facade.
KURDISTAN TECHNICAL INSTITUTE PROJECT
The Kurdistan Technical Institute was established in 2015. This department is explicitly designed to train the next generation of building construction professionals, from homebuilders and site workers to managers.
SMART PRIVATE SCHOOL PROJECT
The smart private school project's bricks have moderate compressive strength, reasonable rainwater resistance, and sufficient frost resistance.
SLEMANI INSTITUTE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION PROJECT
Slemani Sports Institute, Hawari Shar Road—Azmar Tunnel. Finishing the brick wall joints to increase construction strength. These walls are constructed for buildings with one or two floors, and rarely three. Its thickness varies between 24-36 cm.
SLEMANI INSTITUTE FOR COMPUTER SCIENCE PROJECT
This project was established in 2010-2011 as an academic center for the Kurdistan Regional Government's Ministry of Education. The building layout was designed to create an atmosphere similar to an active work site, creating unprecedented fusion.
SLEMANI INSTITUTE FOR OIL AND GAS PROJECT
Sulaimani Institute for Gas and Petroleum, located in the Slemani Heights Project, belongs to the Ministry of Education. No matter what the project’s size, the Sulaimani Institute for Gas and Petroleum provides consistency in the quality of the design, fabrication, installation, and, most importantly, the results.
KURD GENIUS EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITY SCHOOL 1–2 PROJECT
Established in 2013, in a modern and state-of-the-art building, it is one of the educational centers.
QAIWAN NURSERY PROJECT
Qaiwan Nursery has several other nurseries that educate children with high standards and skilled staff.
ANWAR SHEIKHA MEDICAL CITY PROJECT
The Anwar Al Sheikha Medical City is adjacent to Zargata Hill in Slemani and has been in service since 2020.
GARMIAN MEDICAL CITY PROJECT
Garmian Hospital became operational in 2019 in the center of Kalar city. It has surgical and different clinical departments.
ROTANA SLEMANI HOTEL PROJECT
Slemani Rotana, a new hotel in the heart of the city and Salim Street, opened to guests and tourists in 2022. An area covering more than 8800. The height of the building is 77 meters. It has 12 floors, including four restaurants and an underground parking area.
